no statement

i was charged but no statement was taken from the person who has said i approached her inside the club offering a taxi she also said i approached her outside the club offering her a taxi. she then said did not approach her, she then said she approached me when i was parked outside on the street. she has said 4 defferent thing yet with no corrobating evidence i have been charged. must that person come to court and if she does not is the say so of that individual enough with no statement
