USA VWP moral turpitude
Hi, I was arrested and initially charged with affray but the charges were dropped prior to any court appearence. This was approx 7 years ago when I was about 20 years old.
2 questions:
1 - Is affray a crime of moral turpitude? according to Wikipedia rioting does not consitute moral turpitude.
2 - In your opinion, would you answer yes or no to the question on the VWP form?
Many thanks in advance for any advice given.
Thanks
Tom

To OP - if you happy that your 'crime' is not moral turpitude having read the wiki article. then answer 'NO' on the visa waiver form. You will be telling the truth.
In practical terms, even if the truth is yes, they are not going to know if you say no.
