Section 18 wounding with intent

Hi im currently on part 4 bail for a section 18 wounding with intent from my ex partner who is trying to frame me.

She had a witness who could not pick me out and now there waiting on forensics which could come back (I lived with her)

Now im completly inocent of this charge only her statement so far and shes ******* twisted believe me.

Shes stabbed herself and her wounds are superficial and shes trying to say i didd them shes a self harmer btw

End of the day as an inoccent man if I serve any time for this how long roughly?

oh and to add I have no previous with any form of violence. And please only make useful replies unlike tetjam, lets hope If I do get charged there isnt a jury full of narrow mined people like you

if you are totally innocent as my other half was when he was on bail for section 18 all charges were dropped by the way lack of evidence..... but you could be looking at a few years especially if it goes to crown court get a good solicitor now................. and if you are innocent good luck

there is some reall sick people out there all walks of life.young - old -male-female.and all kinds of skin colour.i hope you get this sorted.and the right one is prooved guilty.but when a youth is badly beaten .and there is several witness and every action is on cctv and he is armlocked around his throat squeed so hard to unconcioness by a 50 year old man also 6feet tall and youth is5' 5 and hospitalised with drs statements and diagrams ofinjurys and photo evidents.and yet it still comes up even today.kids lie and adults tell the truth..and the real reason is .because the youth is white and the oldman is pakistan .and owns a corner shop..which means they can do as they please with our young peaple say as they please with our young peaple.because the law says and states that younsters today are a disgrace dragged up and shamful .not all younsters are like that.there is well mannered behaved and caring youths out there. and this was all done at the magertrates court you dont have a jury .just 3 judges.

"suckers into conspiracy theories" is in itself shocking grammar. I would suggest a lesson before opining on other people's language - that's if you can tear yourself away from making self-righteous comments on the internet all day long.

Clearly a guilty verdict on s.18 will result in a significant prison sentence. Guidelines can be viewed online as suggested elsewhere on this site. However, do rest assured that it is for the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the complainant's version of events is correct. Her medical history as a self-harmer will assist.
