assault by beating and resist arresta

Me and my boyfriend had a little scrap and he punched me in the face twice, i had very minor injurys, he has 2 abh on his records but nothing happend with them and they was when he was younger. He also got charged 4 resist PC. He has been to court but they have made another date for magistrates court, What will he get for it? What is the most likely outcome of all of it?

Seeing how soft the courts are these days, he will probably get a slap on the wrist, but in the real world he should be locked up.

Reading your post, I assume you are still with him, even though he punched you in the face twice?

I would have a have a good think to yourself, if you want to stay with him or not, as your future doesn't look great.....

A 'little scrap' and he punches you in the face twice? You make it sound like its a normal occurence in a loving relationship. I have no idea what the outcome will be but he should get locked up for it in my opinion.

sounds like you are still with him, and scared to leave him..... go to the police, tell them exactly what happened, and ask for a restraining order and go to a refuse for domestiv violence.

Have a look at thelawpages.com and see what others have received for resisting arrest and abh. Find a good solicitor, experienced in these sorts of cases, and he can present mitigation so your partner does not receive a custodial sentence - perhaps an order to attend 'think twice' anger management program may be a more suitable disposal then custody.
