i was arrested for alledgedly assaulting a bouncer it never happened they assaulted me i have a broken coxic bone swelling of the back throat the bouncer has no marks considering i was suppose to have elbowed him they have no cctv just there statements i have 2 witnesess we were on are works do they did not let are polish friend in he was jibing them on the pavement when we left i still had a bottle of drink i was told i could not take it with me i said are finish it when im ready one of them attacked me i nearly fainted then there were 5 bouncers they dragged onto the pave ment then in a headlock you could see the police walking down the pavement in seconds there were12 police and i was arrested along with my son who came back up to help me he was hitting 1 of them wich was on cctv wich he was arrested for he was only charged with a public order offence with me you only see them assaulting me and im charged with assault by beating there was no reason for me to have done what they say i never did it im 42 never been in trouble for 20 odd years then it was only juvenile why should bouncers get away with this one of them had sonething between my fingers where i saw on cctv i have had to have an injection there i was not with it as i nearly fainted and i was certainly not drunk they were obvously wound up with the polish guy and they new who we were why would i even attempt such a thing they are collabarating there storys because of there licences all i want is for this just to go away
