my brother of 14 has just been charged with a section 47 but released on bail he already has two other counts of assult one to my self and one to a friends dad he is due to go into a resedential home as he has an anger problem and no one can cope with him he doesnt live with my mum anymore as he has attacked her aswell but it wasnt reported what are the chances of him getting a prison sentance?
