Canda Visa Entry
2 Answers
Hi There, I have seen a few questions on this subject but i wanted just to clarify a few things if i could. I have a couple of convictions for fraud, 8 years ago now (same case). When you go to Canada am i right to believe that you dont fill in a form like you do for the US, is there any other way they can ask about convictions? Do they do it at the immigration desk or is it pot luck if they ask or not. I travelled to the US before my convictions but have been scared to since. I have seen that many people on here have travelled with convictions and just ticked no and got away with it. I filled in one of the new electronic visa things for the US last night and it was accepted but i still think id be worried about doing so. forgot to say, i have also changed my surname since my convictions.
Any answers are greatly appreciated.
