Corgi Certificate

We had a gas hob installed and asked for a Corgi certificate, however, when it arrived it was a Declaration of Safety rather than a Buildings Regulations Compliance Certificate. Should it have been a Buildings certificate for a gas hob? Thanks.

if its come from corgi then it complies with the building regs as corgi notify them on your behalf.
