What am i likely to be charged with for first time Assault?

I have been charged with Assault and its my first time. I am 18 years old and i have 4 other convictions. These are in order or first to most recent which is 2 months ago now.
Breaching a liqour ban - Diversion
Stealing food - 40 hours Community Service
Disorderly Conduct $520 fine
Now Assault... Whats most likely to happen?
I live in New Zealand as well
