So yeah, Section 4 Public Order; My first offense of pushing someone who was provoking me. Even all on CCTV. Got given 56 days, released after 13. The Judge even rang up the prison to ask them to put me on suicide watch. So she cared.
Probabtion suggested a Fine, they normally do, but District Judges tend to be more excessive in their sentencing than most and ignore all the guidelines. If you're unfortunate to get one, keep skipping bail until you get magistrates.
