Does anybody know whether a conviction for breach of a railway bylaw , prosecuted by a train company rather than BTP is recorded on the PNC?

Many thanks

thanks- that's what I thought. I'm a bit confused by the train company posters get a ticket or a criminal record. If a conviction for a bylaw isn't on the PNC, is it recorded somewhere else and does it have to be disclosed as a conviction?
really? even if it goes through magistrates' court?
