Stabbing
Following a heated argument my sisters boyfriend was removed from their home on friday. On sunday he waited for my sister to return home and stabbed her several times in the abdomen and then her neck, the knife had to be removed surgically. He also hurt perhaps accidently his 11 year old neice. He has a record already for theft. What is the likely hood that he will receive a jail term for this act (gbh)? I am not sure what he has been charged with, but I'm guessing it's GBH.

She will hopefully recover the physical injuries and will need to ask for counselling for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder straight away because it takes years to get on a register for help. I hope this monster gets an indeterminate sentence. Having said this please take a look at what happened to my partner and the pathetic justice that was delivered to her by the judge.
