There has never been any real justice here. I remember Capt Mark Phillips was fined �5 or some such silly amount for speeding down The Mall. Maybe for a working class Joe in those days, fit punishment. But for the Capt !!! He could have dropped that much and not realised he had done so. Geoffrey Archer ......... terrible time in prison.!! At least one of the Beatles caught smuggling drugs into the country. Punishments should be means related to make them fair. There are numerous other examples and OK, we all know there are far worse countries to be in but that doesn't make it right !!!

He was found not guilty. The jury said so, nothing anyone can do about that even if we agree or not. there are plenty of innocent people locked up and many guilty walking the streets. I Think , but not sure that the judge can reject a verdict if he feels its wrong, but like I said not sure if thats correct
