Dear all ... can you help i am waiting to find out if i am going to be charged for abh that happened on April 6 and i was not arested for till june 18 . i was then set on bail till 20 of july ..... and then again was informed that the cps have not made there minds up and have now been given a date on 17 august . you can look at my first links to see about the case . my Q to you all is i have a holiday booked in a months time ..... if they set the next bail to this date when i am away or decide that i will be charged and they take it to court hoew do i stand ? you views would help me so thank you all in advance .

Presumably you have been re-bailed to appear again on Aug 17. Is that right?


If so then I strongly suggest you answer that bail.

Yes i will go to the next bail date if it is not canceled again . my holiday is in october ... but if they keep changing the dates is there anythink i can do . I cant see why it is taking so long i phoned the isident in within the hour .Told them what had happened and checked with them for the next three days to be told there was no complatint made over it . then 2 months later im told im up for abh (single puntch , never been in trouble clean record , just happened to brake his nose ...) and yes i have given a statement to say i hit him (provked but not a good reason to hit someone as i have now found out at the age of 38) so should i cancel my holiday incase it clash,s with up and coming dates ?
