i have been blamed by a pub manager for breaking a wooden door panel which in his statement to the police states he had seen me punch it???

they was at the time 6 people and myself in this pub door way some pushing went on but thats all

but on the night of this incident the police charged me with criminal damage and said on the night that it was the door window that i smashed so i said this isnt true and if i had done this my hand would be cut cause of the glass, so i asked the police to take pictures of my hands which i never had a cut or brusing to my hands at all and i said get the cctv from the pub as it points at the door

The police have now said that the cctv in the pub wasnt on that day and that they also havent any reciept for any repairs has they said they did it them selves????
im just not sure how they can charge me with this as its only someones word and hes told to different stories of me damaging the door and out of all the people there know one else had seen me do it BECAUSE I NEVER DID

Think the only thing you can do, is write to the pub manager and tell him basically what you've said here. Keep copies of what you send, and apologise for being with a crowd who were pushing in the doorway.
If you didn't do it, stick to your guns and get the help of a solicitor if necessary. Show him a copy of the letter which you've sent, and hope for the best.
It may be a good idea not to get drunk and not to start pushing next time.

I think you should leave all this in the hands of your legal representative who is defending you in this matter. There are many details that cannot be resolved just from hearing your side of the story in 3 different postings on AnswerBank. Your lawyer should consider all points, ask the right questions and turn your long tale (from your other posting) into a coherent story. If you don't think your lawyer is up to it then find another. That's my view.

hahah im no scumbag! I work as a health and safety officer on pipe lines so in my book i carn't be what you say i am.
Im sorry but i dont bother with spelling or grammar on here or when i text on my phone as it saves time, and i guess its my fault but its a habbit i have, but still that doesn't make me a scumbag does it?


As for writing ect.....i do it 80% of the day in my line of work.

People like yourself make the world a **** place and as for indicating that someone must be a scumbag for spelling and grammar mistakes is sad and in my opinion very judgemental.

The same case. hahah and no i wouldnt react like that in court, im only just stating a fact to someone with bad judge of judgement, and going on some spelling and grammar as so-call evdience on call someone a scumbag!

haha i dont have a temper, and if i did prison shouldnt be the answer nor will it change me to a saint. Also having a temper isnt a crime. nor is standing up for yourself.

Dont matter anyway my solicitor rang me an hour ago the cps have kicked it out lack of evidence and too many conflicting views from their witnesses statements

Also like to point out that i dont need to learn how to spell obviously you havent looked at what ive wrote, and just read what other people have wrote.

Not been able to spell, and miss spelling the odd word through lack of attention......... not really the same thing are they?

haha im no prat and to be fair ive done nothing wrong.....tell me what ive done wrong?............cps have dropped it so thats the end of that.

Another situation where the police have wasted time and tax payers money all on lies of two people ........should of listened to the other 6 first off
