my mate has stitched me up. we had a party and all got drunk, later on my m8 fell out with his girlfriend.. she ended up in my bedroom with my girlfriend cryin, she was scared of him. So i took him outside to calm him down and ask what was wrong, he just kept sayin he was gona hit her, i told him if he does that then he`s no mate of mine anymore. after half an hour she came outside an he punched her, so i called him a few names an told him never to come to my house again so he started getting agressive to me, telling me he gona hit me n wants a fight with me an kept putting his head to mine an pushing me, he did this about 5 times. im not a fighter and have never really had a proper fight so i was shaking an scared, i went in my house.. i came back out a couple of mins later and he was up the street starting on his lass again and looked like he was gona hit her again, so my other m8 grabbed him from behind an moved him away from her, he then started on my other friend throwing punched so my m8 hit him with a good punch giving him a black eye. I started to walk up the street to my other m8, next thing we look up and he`s got his girlfriend again,

he had hold of her hair and was banging her face in a car window really hard, our first reaction was to run up and help her. like i said ive never had a proper fight so i went in throwing punches like i had windmill arms then me an my other m8 grabed him from each side and chucked him, i must admit we did chuck him and not push him. his girlfriend was on the floor with blood pooring out of her head and he was gone. the next time i saw them was the next morning, they were back 2gether and asking what had happened the night b4 as they couldnt remember, so we told them. Few days later i had a knock at the door, it was the police. they arrested me for assault, i got interviewed and they read his statement out to me, he somehow has ended up with a broken color bone and is blaming all his injorys on me. dont no what to do im scared

yes, the police came to my house while i was out so i handed myself in the next day. They arrested me assault and interviewed me! im now on bail
