Getting a job in the finance sector with a small misdemenour
Hello,
I am currently a 1st year student at a top 5 business school. I was fined £50 recently because in the opinion of the police officer I was 'drunk in a public place'.
I am now worried sick that this will affect my future chances of gaining employment in this sector. By paying the fine I did not admit guilt and there is no record of criminal conviction against me, but it is a recordable offence.
I would greatly appreciate anyone's response to this, especially people who maybe work in this sector and/or work in recruitment.
Thank you for any responses in advance.
