Hi, my fiancee wants to join the police force, but he has an IVA. Just wondering if someone could clear up whether you can actually join the police or not because he seems to think he can't until it is paid off.. - However I cannot find any information on this. Thanks!

He needs to speak to the force he's joining and they will clarify what the situation is.
