theft and criminal damage

what would the charge be for someone who commited theft and criminal damage. this person is already on probation and doing community service. they also didnt turn up to court when they were supposed to. so now a warrant is out for their arrest .

No doubt this person will just get extended Community Service maybe fine/order to pay costs for the Criminal Damage.
