Under UK law, what would happen if a group of people used the US lethal injection execution procedure to kill someone?
I.E. all but one of the group inject a harmless substance, and it's impossible to determine which of the group injected the lethal dose.
I was thinking of the Tony Nicklinson news item.

Murder. All of them know that the person is to be killed, all of them knowingly participate in the killing.It would not matter if one actually knew that their own syringe contained nothing harmful. That one would be guilty because their presence and participation encouraged the others in the killing and they are therefore a principal.
