I am being charged with ABH and its my 1st Offense what is my likly outcome ?
I got arrested yesterday for a incident that happened a month ago. Me and my friends assaulted someone who has just headbutted a mate of mine who was a girl, she has pressed charges aswell against him but i have now been released on bale untill further investiagtions have been complete. As i say this i my 1st offence and when i spoke to the police i admitted to hitting him in the stomach or upper leg but he has a cut lip and a bleeding nose which one of my freinds must of done.
I have to go back to the police soon but i was abit worries about what is going to happen, i dont think any of my freinds with admit to hitting him in the face so what will happen ?

Sounds very much like six of one, half a dozen of the other. I'm guessing that all of you involved are very young? All you can do is take your medicine, put it all down to experience, grow up to be more responsible people, and reflect on the fact that all you have achieved is to get a criminal record. Not exactly something to be proud of? Learn from this and move on with your life.

Yes, you do need to "grow up", simply because you may be 21 and old enough to vote, marry, die for your country, go into pubs/clubs etc etc, but you are still at a very young, vulnerable and impressionable age.
I've been at that age, obviously, a long time ago, and believe me, not only do I know what I'm talking about, but I do so from many years of experience of being in law enforcement and can assure you that your experience is one predominantly peculiar to younger members of society as opposed to older people.
How many pensioners do you normally see involved in what basically amounts to gang fights? You don't. Overwhelmingly, those taking part are of your age group and the main reason for it is immaturity. Give it another 20/30 years and you'll realise that what I'm advising you is true and accurate.
