hi, recently my son accused me of kicking him in the stomache obviously social services got involed and took my child from me, i am getting charged with common assualt although i have not done anything wrong, in my interview i have admited to play fighting as that is wot my son enjoys doing with me bt neva hurting him to my knowledge, i have been told i could be facing 6mnths it is my first offence and on the medical investigation of my son it shows no signs of physical assualt could i still get 6mnths?

tbh best thing to do is for you or your partner to allow SS to do their job and investigate. "kicking off" will make things harder to sort.

To answer your question, without any evidence, i can't really see how he would end up in prison for six months. I would however think that you will have more input form SS for at least a while

I don't think you are telling the truth...

My son complained about me hitting him to his school. They followed the procedure and phones SS. SS spoke to me and asked why. I told them that he tried to hit me...they spoke to all 3 of my kids and closed the case.
