can you tell me what happens if you cant get to court due to bad weather ie,trains not running,what would we have to do ? as due next week and weather is saying could be major disruption on transport..

You will need to contact the court to see if it is sitting, or if it is prepared to accept that some attendees will have great difficulty in getting to the court buildings.

ok thankyou, my son is on bail and says if he dosnt attend he will be arrested but as long as the court is informed then shld be ok,obv if the weather is that bad.

i really think that if you phone in advance in view of the sadverse weathet conds anither stae will be sorted. DONT just assume and not call or warrant wil lbe issued and they will come knocking
