Need advice guys!!!

Hi guys im vurrently on bail for assault by battery a charge im denying, what happened was i had an arguement with my pregnant ex durin which time she attacked me and was hittin me repeatedly on the head, imn my efforts to try and get her off me we butted heads and she slipped and fell, At which time i left the house as i was in shock, next thing i know i was arrested by 6 police officers and thrown into the back of a van. I spent 3 days on a cell before goin to court where i was released on bail for 2 months before my trail date which is on the 4th feb, im really worried i might actually go to prison over this and its really causing me to lose sleep, my frineds are all worried about me and i dont know what else to do. I havent seen my daughter since 4 december and its breaking my heart i just wanna know if there is anyone who can tell me what to expect!!!

Dont get me wrong i tried to help her up but she was just screaming abuse at me, i never meant for it to happen she was totally out of control, i didnt want to leave her there!
