i am on bail for section 47 but i have a caution all ready

we cut a long story short i was working for some one that wanted me to do removals she had bust up with her fella
we got ther with her and her sister
he was quiert at first then started throwing thinks around ect
going off his head i just stayed in the hall out of the way !
all three where in the bedroom i could not see them this was in a flat
next thing screeming in the bed room he was on top of the ladys sister and he had his hands around her neck !!
i told him to get off 3-4 times if not i would get him off
he did not do so so i got him off
he then started punching me (like a mad man ) (hits like a 3 year old)
so with no affect on me he went for my neck cutting it and after grabbing it
so i had had enough as anyone would and grabed him and said let go he did not so i said let go agen !!
he did not so i punched him and said pick on a man !
i hit him to his eye and it was very swolen opps
now i am up on bail and the little woman beater is scot free
how will i get on with the cps ?? cuz i have looked and it carries a prision sentence of max 5 years i dont wanna go to prison i have 3 kids a wif to look after
can i counter then charges and press charges myself ??
as he cut me on the neck the police do have pics as i handed myself in !
he said the man thing in his statement . my statement and the womans are the same his is a load of crap and says i attacked him help !!
