i WAS FINED £20 BY A UK COURT IN 2005. I HAVE BEEN TO U.S.A SINCE BUT THIS WAS ONLY FOR 17 DAYS.WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A VISA TO U.S.A BECAUSE OF MY CRIMINAL RECORD? PLEASE HELP THIS IS REALLY BOTHERING ME.

the USA do not recognise "spent"

As the fine was so small it must have been something trivial and the sentence is most likely spent by now !
