hi
there is CCTV images of my partner being involved in a fight.
the police apparently cannot locate the part where he was bottled first but have the view from the same street a few minutes later when it became a group fight.
the CCTV of the fight has been posted on Youtube by one of the participants.
does this make the CCTV inadmissible?
many thanks

Why would it make it inadmissable?
If that video is out there .. it can be used as evidence if identites are confirmed or recognised. Matter not whether it is public or not.
no download it now on disc and give it to your partners solicitors. dont hang about incase they take it off use youtube downloader and burn t to disc so you have a copy could be his key to fredom.
