When I move house on June 10th I am changing my ISP from AOL to BT. Will I still be able to read E-mails that I have saved 'to my computer' for future reference or will they all be lost. In other words when I am with BT will I still be able to read my old E-mails.If they will be lost how and where do I save them before I leave AOL?

I dont have an answer to your question, but from experience when I changed my isp to another provider, they stopped my email account with them and even deleted it ! I could no longer get access to my old emails...not sure if the same thing could happen again if I changed over.

Thanks purple for that. Will have to try and see what i can do to save them before changeover.
just download them - your computer should have a program to do that.
Though you're changing to BT, if you specify to AOL that you wish to keep your email account open with them, then they will, and free of charge.
It's a long time ago, but when I changed from demon (tiscali) to BT, I lost any emails I hadn't saved onto the computer.
if you open them in outlook or outlook express, there is a facility to export them to a file then re import them. You could also open a free account eg hotmail and forward your emails to yourself.
