I am on tag/HDC and have 7 weeks left on it. This weekend I worked all weekend including yesterday to catch up with work thatI could not do whilst I was in prison. I fell asleep at my office and called Serco this morning and explained this to them. What are the chances of getting recalled and can I possibly be given a warning as I have breached my tag but not re-offended?

Serco said that it has been reported as a breach and that PPCC or something like that are dealing with it. I called the prison and they said it is with the Recall department of the Mnistry of Justice. I spoke to a solicitor today and she is going to make some representations to them but said this would only work if they have not already ordered the breach to be dealt with by the police.I am D cat prsioner so I hope this and the fact that it is one off, prisons are full and obvioulsy the cost of sending me back just for 6.5 weeks goes in my favour??

well not wishing to be rude, i hope not.
Tags are there for a reason - you HAVE to be at home during specified hours. Enormous trust is placed on you to comply, and as a result you get enormous priveliges (ie being at home instead of in prison)
If you truly DID "fall asleep" at work, then you surely must know how utterly stupid this was, and now you will be even more behind on your work. Sorry i know this sounds harsh, but you were trusted to comply with the law, and didn't hence getting sent to prison. Then you were given a second chance and trusted to comply with the terms of the curfew, and didn't

so in essence you are saying I have no chance and will get recalled. They have not come round today so will my D Day be tomorrow?
