my 23 year old friend was arrested for peeing in the street he was searched and had a small amount of cannabis on him and a trace amount of cocaine they swabbed his mouth and it was also in his system.he has been in trouble previously and is 1 year into a 2 year probation order for a public order offence.he has been tagged for 1 month about 3 months ago after a fight with his brother in law.he has never touched cocaine before.he has to appear in court in 2weeks.what possible sentence/fine/other is likely?

Having worked in a hostel that had a high proportion of tagged young men in it ... NOTHING will happen. There won't be room in the prisons to keep him for any lenght of time and he will be given a lax srvision order or some sort of 'useful community order'
