How can I get a visa to U.S.A now that my parents have got a B1 and B2 visa respectively to the U.S.A. They have bought a franchise business which has been running for two years. I am over forty, married with two small children.

are you a uk citizen?
if so, no chance
I was under the impression that British citizens come under the visa waiver scheme. That is unless it's changed in the last five years or so.
Do your parents live in the US? I have a B1/B2 visa as well but it wouldn`t allow me to live there.
If you're going for a holiday and have a British passport, yu don't need a visa. You do need an ESTA, though which you can get online from the US Embassy.

If you want to emigrate to or work in the States, you would need to have a look at the Embassy website.

Do you want to holiday or emigrate?
Can you get clearance to enter the USA if you have a criminal record from 1986 & 1991
Haven't you been asking virtually the same question for the last few months; and haven't you been following the advise already given?
choose one, go one, take one of these ....

Your parents having visas has zilch to do with it.

From your earlier posts you are unlikely to be granted a visa to the US for two reasons - your criminal record and the fact that you have lied to get a visa waiver.

The only way you will find out for certain is to apply.
