i was bind over for 12months ago for 12 months can this stop me from working as a carer

maybe - what was it for? As a carer, you will be subject to an enhanced CRB check, and this will show. It deoends on whether the employer sees it as a probelm or not

although the bind over is not a conviction or warning just an order to keep the peace can this still cause my job as a carer
