How do the authorities deal with a violent offender?

How does it work if a suspect is continually violent and agressive when being arrested, does not cooperate and is violent when being questioned, will not answer any questions and also in court continually hurls abuse and will not cooperate. How can he be convicted if the trial is unsustainable?

They don't let him in the court, the trial continues without him/her.
