Does anyone know after Probate is granted, do I need to contact land registry and transfer property to executors names before the property can be sold? There has been an offer but I wasn't sure if I need to get transfer done before sale can be completed? Your assistance much appreciated.

If the question is "Does the executor of a deceased's estate have to transfer the property to the name of the executor before selling it" then the answer is 'no' - the executor can deal with the transfer documents with the LR, on behalf of the estate.
