Living in rented accommodation and landlord wants to remarket
We have just given notice on our rented house (1 month) and the landlord wants to remarket and has asked us to advise convenient viewing times.
Do we have to comply or are we within our rights to make them wait until we have vacated?
Thanks.

They could refuse if it was inconvenient for them but they were expected to co-operate. Is there an agent managing the place (such as an estate agent)? You could phone them and ask what the situation is.
My contract states that I have to give reasonable access for viewings if the agent wants to remarket. Is there any particular reason that you do not want them to come whilst you are still there as your landlord is seemingly reasonable as he is asking you for convenient times for you and seems willing to work around you?
