If you have entered into an agreement to pay a debt, can you request that the relevant charge against the property be removed?

I believe the charge can only be removed when you have proved you have discharged (ie repaid) the debt.

And you also have to pay all the Court and other costs associated with the casae before the charging order can be removed.

Actually the removal circs are up to the people who put the charge on....
