Police Not Recording Reported Crime
I have discovered that my local police constabulary has not been recording the crimes I have reported to them over the last 12 months.
Clearly my local police force are falsifying reported crime to the Home Office (at the very least).
What can I do to force my local police constabulary to record the reported crime – I have already complained (to them and the IPCC), without success?
I am seeking definitive answers, not nonsense such as seek advice from the CAB/MP etc.
If there is no legal route to force the police to record reported crime – I would appreciate it if the legal eagles on this site, would state as much.

I know you think this is silly but maybe your MP would be interested. Or contact a newspaper such as the Daily Mail.

What kind of offences and where have you got the information from that they haven't been recorded?
If it's a site like the crime statistics map, do the crimes you are reporting qualify as to what is reported? Could it be they have been recorded but not reported?
Alternatively have you contacted them to find they have no records of things you have previously reported?
Who have you dealt with about the crimes - do you report say via 999 or local police station or a local community support officer?
