Nurses and NHS professionals in general are wonderful marriage partners.

They are caring by definition, and see so much in their work that almost any husband looks good by comparison!

Having said that, there's no sympathy for man flu & the like - anything less than major stab wounds get "go and see the doctor if you're ill"

Never been out with a nurse, so can't really comment. My first wife was a hairdresser/beautician ( never again) and my second was a film director and actrees. the difference in the two of them was profound, my first being shallow and selfish and totally self centered, my second being thoughtful, objective, kind and able to see things from every perspective. Do I think their choice of career correlates to their professions? Yes actually as one was only concerned with looks and the other could view things from every angle and empathise with almost any situation.
"Nurses and NHS professionals in general are wonderful marriage partners" harold shipman? the nurse that suspectedly injected insulin into saline drips? I don't think you can judge a wife on what she does for a living as with this logic you could say that maybe a judge/mp would make terrible controlling wives and a zookeeper or nursery worker would make a good wife due to their caring nature which isn't true.
Isn't it true that some men like women in uniform?
Nurses do not by definition have caring natures!
My Mum and Gran were nurses. My Mum is great and so was my Gran.
well yes TTG but they would have been great whether or not they were nurses. I have known some nurse who were right female bovines.
