If you have a written promise from a doctor to the effect that your treatment was guaranteed to have the result you wanted, then yes.
But I have never heard of a doctor who gives guarantees. You might get " eighty percent of patients improve after this procedure " but then you'll turn out to be one of th twenty percent.
