Dewani's Extradition
9 Answers
The documentary I saw earlier in the year suggests that he is guilty and some of the evidence and witness testimonies would certainly indicate that he is guilty. If he wins his appeal against the extradition does that mean (if he is guilty) he could potentially get away with murder (or arrangement of in this case)? Why would an investigation not be brought against him here as he is a British citizen isn't he?

/// She said that risk would be heightened by his extradition. ///

An investigation wouldn't be launched here because the crime happened in a different jurisdiction. The CPS has more info: http://www.cps.gov.uk...o_k/jurisdiction/#b01
