The documentary I saw earlier in the year suggests that he is guilty and some of the evidence and witness testimonies would certainly indicate that he is guilty. If he wins his appeal against the extradition does that mean (if he is guilty) he could potentially get away with murder (or arrangement of in this case)? Why would an investigation not be brought against him here as he is a British citizen isn't he?

Thanks anotheoldgit. Well, he's either very calculating or innocent and very ill
/// Earlier in the week, Clare Montgomery QC, appearing for Mr Dewani, said he was "too ill to be extradited" because of post traumatic stress disorder and claimed he would be at high risk of suicide.///

/// She said that risk would be heightened by his extradition. ///

Well that's a new one I will give her that.
That'sa good idea mountainboo: do away with trial by jury and replace it with trial by documentary.
Why has he not already been tried, found guilty and sentenced to life?

He's played a very clever game so far, faking illness to avoid extradition

Guilty as sin
<In April, Mr Dewani was sectioned under the Mental Health Act to a psychiatric unit for his own protection, and in November he was sectioned again for a further six months following reports of a deterioration in his condition.>

Very very good actor then...
Obviously

Knew what he was doing when he got someone to do away with his Mrs though
His depression is making me feel depressed. The sooner he goes the better and let justice be served.
An investigation wouldn't be launched here because the crime happened in a different jurisdiction. The CPS has more info: http://www.cps.gov.uk...o_k/jurisdiction/#b01
