I had a joint mortgage with my ex, after a year of being there I had some inheritence which I used £10,000 of it to pay off some of the morgage, the relationship broke down 4 years ago and all i recieved was £900 settlement, would i legally be able to get my £10,000 back? I have proof that I paid it directly from my account
