How can I find out what's in someones will

after the will as gone through probate how can I find out who the benefactors are , I am one but have I the right to see the will .

Try the local probate office.

Once probate has been granted, ALL wills (except those of the Royal family) become public documents and they can be viewed by ANYONE.
