If they are printed off then signed and correctly witnessed, then yes

If they remain online then no.

'Money Box' on Radio 4 had a feature on this a few weeks back. See if its on iPlayer. Their view was ONLY d this if your affairs are very very simple.
On line wills are as binding as any other will, please make sure they are correctly witnessed, by non-beneficiaries, if they are not the will is still valid but the witness who is also a beneficiary is unable to inherit. Make sure the executors are aware they are executors; many testators name the main beneficiaries as executors, which can be a good idea and ensure the executors know where to find the will. Wills that are badly drawn or not clear can cause endless trouble and expense.
And the will mustn't be witnessed by the husband or wife nor by the 'civil partner' in same sex unions, of a beneficiary, either.
About 4 or 5 years ago it cost me £70 to have a solicitor draw up my will. That could be money well spent as I'm fairly sure that the few people I want to get something will do so.
If you're think of writing a will it might help if you knew that a lawyer had seen it.
