"disabled" neighbour lets non disabled car park there
We have a neighbourwho has a disabled badge. However they regulary let another neighbour (who is not disabled) park in their bay whilst the "disabled" neighbour parks across the road. This incences me and I wonder if it is worth taken pics (of both cars_ and forwarding to the council. She obviously does not need it if she "lends it out" when she sees fit?

If you use another place then you are taking away a place for someone who is not disabled. Most non disabled people would not think of parking in a space for disabled even though as some know there are only certain cases where this can be enforced. I am disabled myself but am lucky not to need a bay as usually have no trouble parking close to my house so have not asked for one to be put there.
i think anyone can park in the bays outside homes.we had a note put through the letterboxes kindly asking people not to park in the bays if your not a blue badge holder but there is nothing legally to say you cant.its like that in our road old houses no parking spaces so neighbours save others spaces by parking far away from the car in front and then when there neighbour comes home , moving closer so they can park.
