driving license name change?

not sure if right post area but need to change driving license to my married name,do i have to send my passport aswell or just copy of my marriage certificate?i have looked on dvla and doesn't mention much.going on holiday in 3 week so don't want to send it yet if they need passport eveidence aswell.thanks

do it at the post office and you can just take your passport along for ID for the PO people to see.
