Not speaking about an ongoing court case

Someone at work is involved as a witness in an ongoing court case, and all I keep hearing him say is "I can't talk about it coz I'm under purha...." or "...in camera".

I know he's got it wrong on both counts, but I can't for the life of me think what the word is that he should be using.

Any ideas?

Sub judice?

THAT'S IT!!! Many thanks hc4361!
the ccase is sub judice ("being judged"); he's sworn to silence. In purdah isn't a bad phrase, it means he can't talk to anyone. In camera just means in a private room, but the case is presumably being heard in public
