They can vote by post so how would you make people aware if they were able to vote or not?
This is what is being proposed at the moment...
e) A conflict of interest may occur when a member is involved with another like-minded professional or voluntary organisation, club or group operating on a national, regional or local basis, within the area served by the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, in the organisation or running of events either support based, social or fundraising.
Or would we send something like this out with the voting papers? I'm just not sure how we enforce the rule if they don't know what is ecpected :(
