She doesn't care whom she abuses - all and sundry.
An equal opportunities old bat
or maybe she just abuses ecumenicals
Found this

''I think he may be referring to the common usage, "I’m/he’s an ecumenical ___", as an ecumenical abuser (who abuses both sides, both parties, both groups equally). Synonymous with "equal opportunity" (as an equal-opportunity abuser).''
That would be an ecumenical question.
It is not a programme I have seen but I understand it is American law, which has some similarity with English law but is not the same, the adjective ecumenical refers to the representation of the various Christian churches, so I suppose it may mean someone who abuses all sides, as D97 says. It is not a phase I have heard used in English law and if I did I would ask for a definition.
Strictly speaking it would be abusing all the Christian churches, if Collins is correct: "of or relating to the Christian church throughout the world".

Judge Judy saying "catholic abuser" would be better, but I do see a difficulty with that! After all, 'catholic' does mean 'universal','all inclusive', 'relating to all men'.
