Non copywrite music
Hi,
I am looking for reasonably priced non copywrite music and sound effects for a play I'm in.
Do any of you ABers know where I could get good quality copywrite free from please.
Thank you
Cassa

Hi,
I am looking for general sound effects such as creaky doors closing, wind and rain, horses clip clopping, clock ticking. That sort of thing. I wonder if you did a copy of your own sound effects would you have to pay copywrite to someone else?
The music can be anything really, background music in a play and easy listening interval music. In one play a song plays in the background. Each scene is from a different decade from the 40s up to 2000 so one from each, prefereably non copywrite.
Also in one play Countdown is playing and being commented on, I assume that is copywrite?

You'd need to get permission to use the TV show.
You can tape your own door creaking, thumping etc., that wouldn't belong to anyone but you (horses = coconuts etc), or you can buy CDs of special effects which you can use for anything as the sale includes permissions to use them. Look at this as one example http:// www.eba y.co.uk ...L&ha sh=item 2c6778f f5e
ebay also has copyright free music, try this one http:// www.eba y.co.uk ...L&ha sh=item 3f1a8c7 910

Boxtops,
That's because I hadn't looked at the links when I had posted and as a poor speller it irritates the hell out of me when knowitalls insist on pointing out my inability to spell like it was some god given right to put me down.
ANYWAY
I have now had a chance to look at them and they are the sort of thing I was looking for. Even though it will look as if I am only saying thank you after your prompt.
Thank you Boxtops I have used the links to show we can get adequate sound and music without having to get a COPYRIGHT licence :)
