I have begged them 2 go and look at cctv but they wont if i get arrested thy will have to provide a solicitor and he wil then get cctv which will prove i am telg the truh. seems like police are treating it as a joke at min and he is making my life hell turning up wherever i go just that desperate to get it sorted.
If you have not been sentenced e.g. Been to court, then what you have received is a harassment warning not a harassment order. Warnings are not criminal convictions and are drawn up by the police, there is no sent procedure and no right of appeal. They will however show on a crb check and be used as evidence in subsequent court cases. The police are not obliged to actually investigate before issuing a warning though in an ideal world they obviously would. If you feel you have been treated unfairly you should lodge a formal compliant with the police force in question, this might have the desired effect of getting them to investigate further but the course of action is probably not without risk.
you would need to check the terms of your warning to see what you are prevented from doing. The police are not obliged to arrest you if you breach the warning but they might depending on what you've done.
